They have been great at keeping everything up to date and secure. Any problems or concerns we have, it is so easy to contact them by email, text or calling—they get back in touch very quickly. Most of the time, they are able to remotely fix whatever issue we have; but are also quick to make an “office call” if needed. We use Dentrix dental software, any issue or update, we contact them and they deal with it. They have helped with Dentrix, Dexis and any all other software as well over the years. For any new equipment that we need, they will find it and get a quote, all I have to do is pay for it and it is done.
